A 50% booking fee is required to confirm every appointment. This is non-refundable, you can reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your appointment and your booking fee will be transferred over to your future booking.

Any reschedules or cancellations made 48-24 hours prior for any reason, then 50% booking fee will not be transferred

Any reschedules or cancellations for any reason within 24 hours or no shows will then incurr 100% of the appointment value

If You are late for your appointment , the treatment may have to be shortened but still be charged fully

There is limited free parking next door to the salon please only use spaces with Aurora plaques
